Jon was outstanding! As a bit of background, he was referred to us a loooooong time ago- over a decade ago- and helped us try to find our first house. It didn't work out for reasons that were absolutely not his fault, and we kept renting for far longer than we ever wanted to. But we liked him, so when we were ready to jump back in we gave him a call and he was happy to help us resume our hunt. Jon met with us to go through the process and help us prioritize our needs and wants in a house. Then we started looking. Our very first time out we found a place that my whole family immediately liked. About 6 months ago I was starting the process to look for a realtor to represent me for buying a home in North OC. I decided to go to open houses and “interview” realtors there. I thought it would be easy to find someone that had a good grasp of the industry and had would have my best interest in mind. Jon did an outstanding job in getting our house sold. He was most effective in helping us get the house in order to get the best sales price possible. We inherited the house and it needed some upgrading such as painting, minor handyman type fixing, hauling away a garage full of junk, and finally some repair. He took care of all of it for us and I can honestly say that if it wasn't for him going way beyond in taking care of all of this for us, we would not have gotten the price we wanted for the house.
